Disorient
As a multifaceted member of the Disorient art collective, serving as creative director, digital content manager, contributor, and event producer, I played a pivotal role in shaping the collective’s artistic direction. My responsibilities included overseeing the production of nationwide art fundraisers, which were successfully held in major cities such as New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Nevada.
Disorient Font
Disorient’s logo is unique, featuring letters that change annually to reflect the collective’s anniversary (e.g., D15ORIENT). This annual update has posed limitations on collaborative art exploration due to the need for new static logo versions. To address this, I created a fully functional alphanumeric font based on the existing logo. This font, available for easy installation on computers, empowers artists to create original artwork using the Disorient identity. The original font family included various styles, such as dotted, pixelated, and diamond versions, facilitating collaborations on large-scale installations, wearable art, digital projects, and more.
